Calute Homes strives to keep you in the loop and informed on the construction of your new home. Your request for changes after the start of construction will probably slow the job. We do want to accomodate your wishes, but you need to be aware that in some cases, your change may not be desireable if it the time line has to be disrupted. At Calute Homes, we don't "pad" standard costs when we do a change order; but we will add a reasonable $100 fee over the regular cost of an option to facilitate it's implementation. Please contact me or your job foreman as soon as possible if a change is necessary.
Warranty issues should be sent to Carol in a timely manner. Our 2/10 warranty is the best in the industry.
